Dave hails from a small city in the Shenandoah Valley of a southwestern part of Virginia where the folk are awful nice and the lighten’ is always white. He relocated to the Northern Virginia/DC Metro area after stage righting the music business, "undertaking" a career that to this day, still tells a good tale. Now with one foot out of the grave, he enjoys the more living aspects of life in Crystal City.

It wasn’t until a trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina that the Creole bug got all up in Dave’s blood again, after a 10 year musical hiatus. He was fortunate enough to sit in with a very fine guitar player/singer, Paul Brion, and djembed the night away. Then and there, alive with the passion once again, and for the sheer pleasure this time mind you, the A train was a rollin’ once again.

Knowing that who you know in the music business is the only way to go, phone calls were made upon returning home from North Carolina…well, actually only one phone call was made….and a friendship and brotherhood was rekindled from years past. Dave was then introduced and recruited into the Blame it on Jane family and hopes to be playing here for quite some time.

When not shedding wood in his basement, Dave enjoys riding his Harley on the open roads of Northern Virginia and beyond and hanging out with his wife, Jennifer, and family and friends….usually at Artie’s.
